Doctors, patient’s kin clash at SN Medical College

AGRA: A clash broke out between doctors and family members of a patient at the emergency ward of SN Medical College on Wednesday as the latter alleged that the doctors had beaten them up after accusing them of making a video of a conversation they were having.
Principal of SN Medical College, Dr Saroj Singh, however, said that the patient’s family members had been trying to persuade emergency medical officer, Dr Saurabh Sharma, to issue a fake medical certificate to them.“When he refused, patient’s family members started an argument and manhandled the officer,” Singh said. However, she assured that an investigation would be conducted to find out if the patient’s kin had really been thrashed.
